SCOPE AND MODIFICATION OF THE AGREEMENT

The Agreement is the complete and exclusive agreement between you and The Software regarding your use of the Website, and it replaces all previous or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and/or understandings regarding the Website. We may, at our discretion, modify the Agreement without giving you specific notice. By continuing to use the Website and/or Services, you hereby agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated in the Agreement that is applicable at that time. REQUIREMENTS
You must meet certain requirements to access and use the Website and Services. These requirements include being able to enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. CONTESTS
Occasionally, TheSoftware offers Contests where participants have a chance to win promotional prizes and other awards. To enter these Contests, you must provide accurate information on the registration form and adhere to the Official Contest Rules specific to each Contest. Prior to participating, it is necessary to complete the relevant entry form with authentic, up-to-date, and comprehensive Contest Registration Data. TheSoftware reserves the right to reject Contest Registration Data that it deems to be incomplete, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise unsatisfactory, at its sole discretion and based on the terms set forth in the Agreement. LICENSE GRANT
As a user of the Website, you have been granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and utilize the Website, Content, and associated material in accordance with the Agreement. TheSoftware reserves the right to terminate this license for any reason at any time. You are allowed to use the Website and Content on a single computer for your personal, non-commercial use. It is strictly prohibited to reproduce any part of the Website, Content, Contests, and/or Services, or incorporate them into any electronic or mechanical information retrieval system. TheSoftware retains any rights not explicitly granted in the Agreement. Any device, software, or routine that disrupts or attempts to disrupt the proper functioning of the Website is strictly prohibited. You must not engage in actions that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on TheSoftware’s infrastructure. Your right to use the Website, Content, Contests, and/or Services is not transferable.

This protection applies to the content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, software, and other related matters. Your copying, redistribution, publication, or sale of any part of the Website, Content, Contests, and/or Services is strictly prohibited. Permission from TheSoftware is required to systematically retrieve material from the Website, Content, Contests, and/or Services, whether through automated means or any other form of scraping or data extraction, in order to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory. Any materials, such as content, document, software, or services, that you view on or through the Website, Content, Contests, and/or Services do not grant you ownership rights. TheSoftware’s posting of information or material on the Website or through the Services does not waive any right to such information and/or materials. TheSoftware’s name, logo, and associated graphics, icons, and service names are trademarks. Any use of a trademark without the express written consent of the applicable owner is strictly prohibited.
Hyperlinking to the website, co-branding, ‘framing’ and/or referencing the website prohibited
Unless authorized by TheSoftware, no one may hyperlink the website, or parts of it (including logos, trademarks, branding or copyrighted material), to their own website or web platform under any circumstances. Additionally, ‘framing’ the website and/or referencing its Uniform Resource Locator (URL) in any commercial or non-commercial media without TheSoftware’s prior written permission is strictly forbidden. You agree to cooperate with the website to remove or cease any such content or activity, as applicable. You acknowledge that you will be held responsible for any damages resulting from such actions.
MODIFICATION, DELETION, AND EDITING
Any content, information, or documents that appear on the Website may be subject to modification or deletion at our own discretion.

INDEMNIFICATION

TheSoftware is committed to taking all necessary steps, within the boundaries permitted by law and fairness, to address and seek appropriate remedies against any person or entity found to be involved in such activities.
